Wireless chargers are very convenient for charging your phone without fiddling with a cable. They’re not the fastest way to charge nor the most efficient, but they get the job done. As the smartphone and accessory market has largely adopted the Qi wireless charging standard, it has become much easier to buy a wireless charger without worrying about different charging standards, specifications, or compatibility. As long as both your phone and the charger are Qi-compatible and aren’t locked into some proprietary standard, you’re good to go.
The choices for wireless chargers have grown multi-fold with the increase in phones that support wireless charging. If you go looking for a wireless charger online, you’ll find that there are hundreds of options. You don’t have to spend hours searching the internet for the best wireless chargers. We’ve compiled a list of some of the best. While all of these chargers will work with Qi-compatible smartphones, some may charge a particular brand’s phones faster.
- The Anker PowerWave II pad comes with 5W, 7.5W, and 15W wireless charging modes. If your phone supports faster wireless charging, this Anker charger will be able to provide it. And it also comes with a power adapter.
- The Google Pixel Stand 2nd Gen is a perfect match for your Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. While the first-gen Pixel Stand will work just fine with your Pixel 6, it won't provide the fastest charging speed, topping out at 10W. This new model offers up to 23W of power and has a built-in silent fan to keep your phone cool while it's charging.
- Unlike most wireless chargers, the Moshi Lounge Q sports a premium textured finish for an elegant look. Like the Anker PowerWave II, the Lounge Q also supports up to 15W charging. However, it doesn't come with a power adapter.
- While the Google Pixel Stand supports all Qi compatible phones, it works best with the Pixel. It can charge older Pixel phones such as the Pixel 3, Pixel 4, and Pixel 5 at up to 11W. It also comes with a power adapter in the box. Moreover, it turns your Pixel phone into a toned-down smart display when connected.
- If you own an accessory like wireless earbuds that supports wireless charging, you can charge both your phone and the accessory simultaneously on this iOttie charger. It offers up to 15W charging to the phone and 5W to the accessory.
- When single and dual chargers aren’t enough, you can get this Belkin 3-in-1 charger. It can charge your Qi-compatible phone, earbuds, and smartwatch at the same time. The charger supports up to 7.5W charging for the phones and 5W for other devices.
- The Apple MagSafe Charger can charge your iPhone at up to 15W, something that you won’t find in any other wireless chargers except the Apple-certified ones. Unfortunately, you'll need to buy a 20W USB Type-C adapter separately.
- Prefer the stand mode on some days, and the flat mode on the others? The Spigen Wireless Charger can do both for you. It also supports up to 15W fast wireless charging. Moreover, there's a non-slip pad on it to prevent your phone from slipping while charging.
- If you're looking for a simple wireless charging pad without any fancy features, this Anker 313 charging pad is a great option. It offers up to 10W power and can charge any Qi-compatible phone or accessory. You can also charge your phone with the case on (assuming it's not too thick).
- For the times when you aren’t able to find any empty power outlets, this power bank and wireless charger combo from Energizer can be very useful. It packs a 10,000mAh capacity battery and supports up to 10W fast charging. You won't get a power adapter with this as well.
- This 'made for MagSafe' charger from Belkin can charge both your iPhone 12 series and the AirPods at the same time. As the phone is held by the magnets on the charger, any non-MagSafe iPhones won't just stick. Belkin also bundles a power adapter with it.
- The new version of Samsung Wireless Charger Duo offers faster charging speed of up to 15W. It lets you charge two devices simultaneously, but one slot is exclusive to the Galaxy Watch. The charger also has a built-in cooling fan to prevent excessive heat. You can pick it up in Black or White colorways.
- With the Samsung Wireless Charger Trio, you can charge your phone, smartwatch, and earbuds at the same time. The charger has a minimalist design and offers up to 9W power output. The charger is available in Black and White colors and comes with a 25W power adapter.
- The Spigen ArcField wireless charging pad delivers up to 15W of power for a fast wireless charging experience. It has a non-slip design, a sleep-friendly LED indicator, and comes with a long 6.6ft USB-C to USB-C cable.
- Why hunt for power outlets when your wireless charger includes two extra USB ports? This Seenda charger allows you to charge one device wirelessly and two with wired connections. What's more, you get a Quick Charge power adapter.
- If you're tight on the budget, the Anker PowerWave Stand is a decent wireless charger. It's capable of providing up to 10W wireless charging. You won’t get a power adapter in the box though.
- The Native Union Drop Marquetry is a stylish wireless charger that comes in nine designs and color options. It uses Italian leather or silicone treads for a premium finish. The charger also supports up to 10W fast wireless charging for Android devices, whereas iPhones will get charged at 7.5W.
- The AmazonBasics wireless charging stand is one of the cheapest wireless chargers on the market that supports up to 10W Qi charging. Unfortunately, you don't get a bundled AC adapter with the charger, so you will have to use an 18W adapter for the best results. In addition, there are two charging coils in the charger.
- This Belkin BoostCharge pad is an excellent option if you are just looking to charge one device. It supports up to 10W charging and has an anti-slip pad to keep the phone in place. In addition, the charger comes with a two-year warranty.
- The Samsung Fast Charge Pad comes with its own power adapter, so you don’t have to look for a compatible wall charger. In addition, it features a premium finish and can deliver up to 9W of wireless charging on Qi-compatible devices.
These are some of the best Qi chargers on the market. If you’re looking for a good universal fast wireless charger, the Anker PowerWave II Pad, Spigen ArcField, and Moshi Lounge Q are great options. iPhone 12 series buyers can consider the official Apple Magsafe Charger or Belkin Magsafe 2-in-1 (for more recommendations, check out our Best iPhone chargers round-up). Native Union Drop Marquetry is another decent option for iPhone users if you want a premium look. For non-iPhone users, the Anker PowerWave Stand remains an excellent budget option.
